At Qanda Marketing LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We will work to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was received
- The item arrived damaged
